FlyBox makes storage effortless, including how you pay.
Storage pricing is based on the number of FlyBoxes included in each order, and applicable charges are displayed before you complete a purchase or retrieval request.
3-month plan billed monthly with automatic renewals
Each FlyBox is tied to a 3-month plan commitment, billed monthly.
Plans automatically renew for another 3-month period unless canceled before the renewal date.
Your monthly storage rate is based on the number of FlyBoxes included in each individual order or bundle.
If the number of FlyBoxes continuing into the next 3-month plan changes, the applicable bundle pricing will be recalculated when the new 3-month plan begins.
Tiered pricing: bundle and save
FlyBox storage pricing starts at $20 per FlyBox per month and decreases when more FlyBoxes are included in the same order.

Important
Pricing is based on the number of FlyBoxes in each individual order or bundle
Bundle discounts are not cumulative across separate orders
Each FlyBox is tied to a 3-month commitment
The bundle rate remains the same for the duration of the current 3-month plan
Canceling a FlyBox does not change the price of the remaining FlyBoxes during the current 3-month commitment
At the start of the next 3-month plan, pricing is recalculated based on the number of FlyBoxes from that bundle continuing into the new plan
Adding FlyBoxes in a separate order does not automatically change the pricing of an existing bundle
Active FlyBoxes automatically renew for another 3-month plan unless canceled before renewal
Example: Bundle pricing after a cancellation
A customer orders 6 FlyBoxes.
The 6 FlyBoxes qualify for the 6–11 FlyBox tier at $16 per month per FlyBox for their 3-month plan.
If one of those FlyBoxes is canceled, the pricing for the bundle does not change during the current 3-month commitment.
At the end of the current 3-month plan:
5 FlyBoxes are continuing into the next 3-month plan
The new plan now qualifies for the 3–5 FlyBox tier
The 5 FlyBoxes will be priced at $18 per month per FlyBox for the new 3-month plan
The pricing adjustment occurs when the next 3-month plan begins, not when the cancellation is requested.
Example: Adding FlyBoxes in a separate order
A customer has 7 FlyBoxes from one order at $16 per month per FlyBox.
The customer later places a separate order for 4 additional FlyBoxes.
The original 7-FlyBox bundle remains at $16 per month per FlyBox
The new 4-FlyBox order qualifies for $18 per month per FlyBox
The two orders are priced separately and are not combined to create an 11-FlyBox pricing tier

This size is designed to balance storage capacity, portability, and ease of handling.
How billing works when I order additional FlyBoxes
When you place an additional FlyBox order, the new order begins its own 3-month commitment. The initial charge for the new FlyBoxes is processed when the order is placed.
Your billing may then be prorated so that your FlyBox charges align with your existing monthly billing date. This allows your active FlyBox charges to appear together on your regular billing schedule while each order maintains its own applicable plan commitment and bundle pricing.

When do I pay a retrieval fee?
A retrieval fee applies when you request a stored FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
Retrieval pricing is charged per FlyBox and is based on the distance between:
The physical address where you want the FlyBox delivered, and
The location where that FlyBox was last returned
Shipping your FlyBoxes to storage is FREE.
How much does a retrieval cost?
FlyBox offers standard and extended retrieval pricing.
Standard retrieval
$15 per FlyBox
Applies when the retrieval address is within 300 miles of the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Extended retrieval
$30 per FlyBox
Applies when the retrieval address is more than 300 miles from the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Note: If this is your first retrieval for a FlyBox, distance is calculated between the address where that FlyBox was originally delivered and your retrieval address. After a FlyBox has been returned, future retrieval distance is calculated from the location where that FlyBox was last returned.
The retrieval fee is charged separately for each FlyBox included in your retrieval order. The FlyBox app will display the applicable retrieval price before you confirm your order.
Information for early adopters and legacy customers
Some early adopters and legacy customers may have different retrieval pricing or retrieval credits based on the plan they originally signed up for.
If this applies to your account:
Your eligible legacy retrieval pricing or retrieval credits will continue to be honored
No action is required
The FlyBox app will display the correct retrieval price before you confirm your order
Legacy pricing applies to the retrieval fee only.
Optional retrieval add-ons, including priority shipping and signature-required delivery, are charged separately at their applicable current rates.
Does FlyBox offer priority shipping?
Yes, but priority shipping is currently available only as an optional add-on when placing a retrieval order.
Priority shipping is not currently available for:
New FlyBox orders
Initial FlyBox deliveries
Pickups
Shipments to storage
Standalone shipping requests
Priority shipping can only be selected when a stored FlyBox is being retrieved and delivered back to you.
The priority shipping fee is charged per FlyBox in addition to the applicable retrieval fee.

Applies when the retrieval address is within 300 miles of the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Extended priority shipping
$85 per FlyBox
Applies when the retrieval address is more than 300 miles from the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Example
One FlyBox with a standard retrieval and standard priority shipping would include:
Standard retrieval: $15 per FlyBox
Standard priority shipping: $45 per FlyBox
Total: $60 for one FlyBox
The FlyBox app will show the retrieval fee, priority shipping fee, and total before you confirm the order.
Is signature-required delivery available?
Yes. Signature-required delivery is an optional add-on available when placing a retrieval order.
$5 per FlyBox
Requires someone to sign for the FlyBox when it is delivered
The signature-required delivery fee is charged in addition to the applicable retrieval fee and any other selected retrieval add-ons.
What shipping is FREE?
FlyBox includes:
FREE shipping to you for new FlyBox orders
FREE pickup or supported drop-off
FREE shipping to a FlyBox storage facility
FREE shipping back to storage when reusing a FlyBox
A retrieval fee applies when you request a stored FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
Optional priority shipping and signature-required delivery can also be added to retrieval orders for an additional fee.
