1. Efficient use of space
FlyBox containers are durable, stackable, and designed to save space.
You can use FlyBoxes in your garage, attic, closet, or basement while packing and organizing. When you’re ready, your FlyBoxes are shipped to a secure FlyBox storage facility, freeing up valuable room in your home.
Each FlyBox measures 24″ × 20″ × 12″ externally, 22″ × 18″ × 10″ internally, and can hold up to 60 lbs.
2. Seasonal and off-season storage
FlyBox is ideal for items you only need during certain times of the year, such as:
Holiday décor
Seasonal clothing
Sports gear
Baby items and keepsakes
When you need your items again, simply request a retrieval in the FlyBox app and have your FlyBoxes delivered back to you.
This helps keep your home organized year-round without sacrificing access to the things you want to keep.
3. Easy access and retrieval
The FlyBox app makes it simple to manage what you have in storage.
You can:
Scan, name, and photograph each FlyBox to create a digital inventory
Search or filter to find the FlyBoxes you need
Select individual FlyBoxes for retrieval
Choose the physical address where you want your FlyBoxes delivered
Review retrieval pricing and optional add-ons before confirming your order
Retrieval pricing
Retrieval pricing is charged per FlyBox and is based on the distance between your retrieval address and the location where each FlyBox was last returned.
Standard retrieval
$15 per FlyBox
Applies when your retrieval address is within 300 miles of the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Extended retrieval
$30 per FlyBox
Applies when your retrieval address is more than 300 miles from the location where the FlyBox was last returned
The FlyBox app will display the applicable retrieval price before you confirm your order.
Information for early adopters and legacy customers
Some early adopters and legacy customers may have different retrieval pricing or retrieval credits based on the plan they originally signed up for.
If this applies to your account:
Your eligible legacy retrieval pricing or retrieval credits will continue to be honored
No action is required
The FlyBox app will display the correct retrieval price before you confirm your order
Optional priority shipping for retrieval orders
Priority shipping is available only as an optional add-on when placing a retrieval order.
It is not currently available for new FlyBox deliveries, pickups, shipments to storage, or as a standalone shipping service.
Priority shipping is charged per FlyBox in addition to the applicable retrieval fee and is also based on distance.
Standard priority shipping
$45 per FlyBox
Applies when the retrieval address is within 300 miles of the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Extended priority shipping
$85 per FlyBox
Applies when the retrieval address is more than 300 miles from the location where the FlyBox was last returned
Legacy retrieval pricing does not change the applicable priority shipping rate.
Optional signature-required delivery
Signature-required delivery is also available as an optional add-on when placing a retrieval order.
$5 per FlyBox
Requires someone to sign for the FlyBox when it is delivered
The FlyBox app will show your retrieval price and any selected add-on charges before you confirm your order.

Retrieve stored FlyBoxes to any physical address within the contiguous United States
When you request a stored FlyBox back, the applicable standard or extended retrieval fee applies. Optional priority shipping and signature-required delivery can also be selected when placing a retrieval order.
