FAQs – FlyBox Pricing: Plans, Billing, Retrievals, and Fees

FlyBox storage pricing is simple and based on the number of FlyBoxes included in each order.

You pay for each FlyBox included in your storage plan. Additional charges may apply for retrievals, optional retrieval add-ons, late payments, overweight FlyBoxes, or other services not included in the monthly storage rate.

Each FlyBox order begins its own 3-month plan.

FlyBox bills monthly, and each plan automatically renews for another 3-month period unless it is canceled before the renewal date.

If you place an additional order during an existing billing cycle:

All charges are processed using the payment method saved to your FlyBox account.

FlyBox accepts:

You can manage your available payment methods directly in the FlyBox app.

Most shipping with FlyBox is FREE.

Your plan includes:

You pay a retrieval fee when you request to have a stored FlyBox delivered back to you.

Optional priority shipping and signature-required delivery are available only when placing a retrieval order and are charged separately.

A retrieval is when you request one or more stored FlyBoxes to be delivered back to you.

You can request a retrieval at any time through the FlyBox app and choose a delivery address within the contiguous United States.

Retrieval pricing is charged per FlyBox and is based on the distance between:

The FlyBox app will show the applicable price before you confirm your retrieval order.

FlyBox offers standard and extended retrieval pricing.

Distance is based on your retrieval address and the last location where each FlyBox was returned.

Retrieval pricing is charged separately for every FlyBox included in the order.

​Note: If this is your first retrieval for a FlyBox, distance is calculated between the address where that FlyBox was originally delivered and your retrieval address. After a FlyBox has been returned, future retrieval distance is calculated from the location where that FlyBox was last returned.

Retrieving two FlyBoxes within 300 miles would cost:

The FlyBox app will display the correct retrieval fee before you complete your order.

FlyBox offers priority shipping only as an optional add-on for retrieval orders.

Priority shipping is not currently available for:

The priority shipping charge is in addition to the applicable retrieval fee and is charged per FlyBox.

One FlyBox with a standard retrieval and standard priority shipping would include:

Early adopters and legacy customers may have different retrieval pricing or retrieval credits based on the plan they originally signed up for.

When legacy pricing applies:

Priority shipping is separate from legacy retrieval pricing.

Legacy customers who add priority shipping to a retrieval order will still be charged the applicable:

A legacy retrieval rate or credit does not change the priority shipping price.

Yes. Signature-required delivery is an optional add-on available when placing a retrieval order.

Signature-required delivery is available only for retrieval orders and can be selected in the FlyBox app during checkout.

A $25 late fee applies after a 7-day grace period.

If payments are missed for three consecutive months, the FlyBoxes may be considered abandoned and could be subject to auction.

Keep your payment information current in the FlyBox app to avoid late fees or interruptions to your service.

FlyBox does not currently offer a standard annual plan.

Customers interested in prepaying for a year should contact a live support agent through the FlyBox app.

Yes. FlyBox may occasionally offer promotional or discounted rates.

Depending on the promotion:

The applicable pricing and promotion details will be shown during checkout or included in the offer terms.

Yes. FlyBox uses bundle pricing. The price per FlyBox decreases when more FlyBoxes are included in the same order.

Bundle pricing is based on the number of FlyBoxes included in each individual order.

No. Adding FlyBoxes in a later order does not automatically change the monthly rate of your existing FlyBoxes.

Each order receives the bundle rate that applies to the number of FlyBoxes included in that order.

A customer initially orders 5 FlyBoxes.

The customer later orders 2 additional FlyBoxes.

The FlyBoxes are not combined to create a 7-FlyBox bundle.

A customer initially orders 5 FlyBoxes and later places a separate order for 6 additional FlyBoxes.

Bundle discounts do not accumulate across separate orders.
