Finding Your Shipping Label

Where is my shipping label?

Short answer: Your shipping label is already pre-attached to the side of your FlyBox. You do not need a separate label to ship your FlyBox to us.


What changed?

We recently updated where the shipping label is placed. Previously, the shipping label was located on the topper of the FlyBox. Now, the shipping label comes pre-attached to the side of the FlyBox itself.


What do I need to do?

Nothing extra. Simply remove the topper, and look at the side panels of your FlyBox. You will see the shipping label already affixed and ready to go. Seal your FlyBox, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.


Common questions:

I checked the topper and there is no label. Do I need to print one? No. The label is no longer on the topper. Look at the side of your FlyBox — the label is pre-attached there.


Which side of the FlyBox is the label on? Check all four outer sides of your FlyBox. The shipping label will be visible on one of the side panels.

The label is damaged or missing. What should I do? If your shipping label is damaged, unreadable, or missing from the side of your FlyBox, please contact our support team and we will send you a replacement label right away.
