FlyBox Transit Time and Delivery Expectations

Here’s what to expect when it comes to delivery times, tracking your FlyBox, and what to do if there’s a delay.

How long does delivery take?

FlyBoxes are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. However, delivery to locations farther from our Pennsylvania or California storage facilities may take 5–7 business days.

Transit time depends primarily on the distance between your delivery address and the FlyBox storage facility shipping your order.

A few factors can also affect delivery times:

  • Distance: Most FlyBoxes arrive within 1–3 business days, while locations farther from our Pennsylvania or California storage facilities may take 5–7 business days.

  • FedEx Transit Schedule: FedEx Ground transit times can vary based on location, peak shipping periods, and other carrier-related disruptions.

  • Weather Delays: Severe or unexpected weather may impact delivery times.

How do I track my FlyBox?

Tracking your delivery is simple:

  • In the App: Open the FlyBox app and check the status underneath your order on the Home screen. Once your order is in transit, you’ll be able to view the latest shipping and tracking information.

  • On FedEx: You can also use your FedEx tracking information to view the latest estimated delivery date and shipment updates.

What if my FlyBox is delayed?

If your FlyBox has not arrived within the expected transit time, please reach out to FlyBox Support through the app.

Keep in mind that most deliveries take 1–3 business days, while locations farther from our Pennsylvania or California storage facilities may take 5–7 business days.

If your delivery appears to be unusually delayed, one of our support agents can review the shipment, contact FedEx if needed, and provide you with the latest available update.
