Discounts are not cumulative — each new order is priced separately based on the number of FlyBoxes in that order.
Each FlyBox plan renews automatically every 3 months (billed monthly).
FlyBoxes are available in one standard size.
External dimensions: 24″ × 20″ × 12″.

Shipping your FlyBoxes to storage is always FREE.
You can:
Schedule a FREE FedEx pickup directly in the app, or
Drop off your FlyBoxes at any of 40,000+ FedEx locations across the contiguous U.S.
Weight Policy
To ensure safe transit and handling:
Keep each FlyBox under 60 lbs to avoid a $15 overweight fee (applies both to and from storage).
FlyBoxes over 90 lbs may be refused by FedEx.
Pro Tip: Distribute heavy items across multiple FlyBoxes to stay within the weight limit.
2-Year Price Guarantee
Your FlyBox storage rate is locked in for two years from your signup date.
No surprise increases — guaranteed.
Cancellations
FlyBox offers true flexibility — cancel one or all FlyBoxes anytime.
Plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly.
Billing is prepaid and non-refundable once charged, as your storage space and operational costs are allocated for that period.
