FlyBox does not replace a moving company.
FlyBox does not provide:
Same-day delivery
In-home packing or unpacking
Moving crews or direct address-to-address transport
Important:
Before FlyBoxes can be delivered to a new address, they must first be returned to a FlyBox storage facility. FlyBox does not transport items directly between addresses.

1. Order FlyBoxes
Order FlyBoxes in the app or on the FlyBox website.

2. Pack at your pace
Pack your items securely using the packing materials included with your plan.
Each FlyBox includes:
A durable cover/topper with a pre-attached return label
Locking materials
Packing supplies
3. Schedule a FREE pickup or drop-off
Once packed, you can:
Schedule a FREE pickup directly in the FlyBox app, or
Drop off your FlyBoxes at supported drop-off locations within the contiguous U.S.
Your FlyBoxes are transported to a climate-controlled, continuously monitored storage facility.
4. Store as long as you need
Your storage renews automatically every three months under your plan, billed monthly.
You can manage all FlyBoxes directly in the app and retrieve any box whenever you’re ready.
5. Deliver to your new address
When you’re ready to receive your items:
Request a retrieval in the FlyBox app
Select your new delivery address
Confirm pricing and delivery details
Your FlyBoxes will be shipped from storage to your new address anywhere within the contiguous United States.

A retrieval is when a stored FlyBox is delivered back to you.

The FlyBox app will always show the correct retrieval price before you confirm
Returns to storage are always FREE.
Optional signature-required delivery is available for $5 per retrieval.
