Overview
There are two easy ways to order FlyBoxes:
Through the FlyBox App
Through the FlyBox Website (great for new customers getting started)
Each FlyBox order includes everything you need to pack, secure, and activate your FlyBoxes, including toppers, labels, and straps.
Option 1: Order Through the FlyBox App
Ordering Your First FlyBox
Open the FlyBox App on your device.
Log in with your phone number.
Tap Order FlyBox.
Select how many FlyBoxes you’d like to start with.
Confirm your delivery address and payment method.
Tap Pay to complete your order.
Your FlyBoxes will be shipped to your address, ready for you to pack, activate, and start storing.
Ordering Additional FlyBoxes
Open the FlyBox App.
Go to the FlyBox Shop
Use the plus (+) or minus (–) buttons to select how many you’d like.
Tap Confirm.
On the Order Details screen:
Review your FlyBox quantity.
Verify your shipping address.
Choose or add a payment method (Apple Pay, Visa, etc.).
Add a coupon code if applicable.
Tap Pay (or Apple Pay, depending on your device) to complete your order.
Option 2: Order Through the FlyBox Website
Placing Your First Order
Go to flybox.com.
Click Get Started or Order Now.
Choose how many FlyBoxes you want to order.
Review pricing details and promotions.
Enter your shipping address and billing information.
Select your payment method (credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay).
Review your order summary and click Complete Order.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete.
Your FlyBoxes will ship directly to your address, ready to pack, secure, and activate through the app.
Ordering More FlyBoxes from the Website
Go to FlyBox.com
Order FlyBoxes the same way you would as a new order.
When you type in your phone number they will be added as Add-ons.
Confirm your address and payment method.
Click Pay Now to complete your order.
Pricing and Billing
Starting at $20.00/mo per FlyBox, billed monthly.
Your subscription renews in 3-month cycles (rolling 90-day periods).
Charges occur monthly; your renewal cycle length remains three months to keep service continuous and pricing predictable.

1-2 FlyBoxes: $20/mo per FlyBox
3-5 FlyBoxes: $18/mo per FlyBox
6-11 FlyBoxes: $16/mo per FlyBox
12+ FlyBoxes: $15/mo per FlyBox
Example:
If you order three FlyBoxes, you’ll be charged $54 per month (3 × $18). Your plan renews every three months, but you pay monthly.
Cancellations:
You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. However, FlyBox memberships include a non-refundable 3-month commitment.
Important: Cancellation takes effect immediately. When a membership is canceled, access to the service ends right away and any remaining time in the current 3-month term is forfeited. Customers cannot continue using FlyBox for the remainder of their current billing cycle after cancellation.
Cancellation prevents future auto-renewals but does not provide a refund or continued access through the end of the current term.
