Using the FlyBox App

This guide walks you through the setup process so you can start using your FlyBox device and the app with confidence.

Step 1: Download the FlyBox App

  1. Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Search for "FlyBox".

  3. Tap Download and install the app.

Step 2: Sign In with Your Phone Number

  1. Open the app and tap Continue with Phone Number.

  2. Enter your phone number and tap Next.

  3. You'll receive an authentication code via SMS.

  4. Enter the code to verify your identity.

This step helps secure your account — only you should have access to it.

Step 3: Begin the Setup Process

  1. Once you're signed in, tap Get Started to move into the setup flow.

  2. From here, you can order your FlyBoxes or track your FlyBox order that you placed online.

Step 4: Start Using the App

Once setup is complete, and your FlyBoxes have arrived, you can:

  • Pack your FlyBoxes

  • Activate your FlyBoxes

  • Schedule your pickup or dropoff shipment to storage

  • Order your retrievals to ship your belongings back to you

  • Chat with Customer Support through the in-app chat
