How to Retrieve Your FlyBox

Follow these steps to retrieve a stored FlyBox using the FlyBox app and have it delivered anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Retrieving a FlyBox

Retrieving your FlyBox is simple and can be done anytime directly in the FlyBox app.


Step 1: Select the FlyBox you want to retrieve

  1. Open the FlyBox app

  2. Navigate to the Stored at FlyBox section on the Home view

  3. You’ll see all FlyBoxes currently stored at our secure facilities

  4. Tap the FlyBox you want to retrieve


Step 2: Tap “Retrieve FlyBox”

  1. Confirm you’ve selected the correct FlyBox

  2. Tap Retrieve FlyBox to begin the delivery process


Step 3: Confirm delivery details

  1. Choose the delivery address where you want your FlyBox sent

  2. Deliveries can be made anywhere within the contiguous United States

  3. Verify the address details before continuing

Reminder: You can retrieve your FlyBox wherever and whenever you need it within the contiguous U.S.


Step 4: Choose your shipment timing

  1. Select whether you want your FlyBox shipped immediately or scheduled for a future date

  2. Tap Next to continue


Step 5: Review and pay

  1. Review your retrieval request details

  2. Confirm the retrieval price shown in the app

  3. Select your payment method

  4. Tap Confirm and Pay to complete your request

Retrieval pricing

  • Standard retrieval cost: $15 per FlyBox

  • Flat-rate nationwide within the contiguous U.S.

  • No distance-based pricing

Information for early adopters
If you were one of our early adopters, your account may include a different retrieval rate based on the plan you originally signed up for. If this applies:

  • Your original retrieval pricing continues to be honored

  • No action is required

  • The FlyBox app will always show the correct price before you confirm


Delivery confirmation and tracking

After confirming your retrieval:

  • You’ll receive a notification when your FlyBox is on its way

  • You can track delivery progress directly in the FlyBox app


Sending FlyBoxes back to storage

When you’re ready to return your FlyBox to storage, return shipping is always FREE.

You can:

  • Schedule a pick-up directly through the FlyBox app, or

  • Drop off your FlyBox at supported drop-off locations within the contiguous U.S.

There’s no rush or deadline. Send FlyBoxes back whenever you’re ready.


Reusing your FlyBoxes or sending new items

FlyBoxes are designed for reuse, giving you complete flexibility.

If you want to store new items instead of the original contents:

  1. Pack your new items securely inside the FlyBox

  2. Ensure the topper is properly aligned

  3. Secure the topper using the provided zip-tie locks

  4. Update the FlyBox name in the app if needed

  5. Schedule a pick-up or drop-off through the app


Need more space?

You can purchase additional FlyBoxes anytime.

From the Home view in the FlyBox app, tap + Order More FlyBoxes to add more storage.
