Learn how to schedule pickups, drop-offs, and return your FlyBoxes back into secure storage

How do I ship my FlyBoxes back to FlyBox?

Shipping your FlyBoxes back is simple:

  • Open the FlyBox app

  • Activate your FlyBoxes

  • Navigate to the "Ship" tab on the bottom of your screen

  • Select the FlyBoxes you want to ship

  • Schedule the day and time you want your FlyBoxes picked up or dropped off

  • Confirm and submit your return request

Reminder: All FlyBoxes you want picked up need to be scheduled at the same time. Pickups will only happen from your address once daily.


Where can I schedule a pickup from?

You can schedule a pickup from:

  • Your home

  • Your office

  • Any valid FedEx pickup location within the contiguous United States

Simply enter or select your pickup address during the scheduling process.


Where can I drop off my FlyBox?

FlyBox, in partnership with FedEx, offers convenient drop-off at over 40,000+ FedEx locations nationwide.
Select Drop-off in the app and follow the steps to complete your return.


How do I provide pickup instructions?

When reviewing your pickup request, you’ll see pre-populated pickup options.
We strongly recommend reviewing these options, selecting the applicable instruction and adding your own or additional pickup notes to ensure the driver is properly informed.

Clear instructions help ensure a smooth and timely pickup.

Note: FedEx drivers don't typically knock on doors for pick-ups so if you wish this service please note this in your instructions.


Is there a fee for returning FlyBoxes to storage?

No!
Returning FlyBoxes back into storage is always free, whether you choose pickup or drop-off.
