FAQ's - Managing Your FlyBox Account

Easily update your personal information, manage payment methods, and customize your FlyBox app settings.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your name directly in the FlyBox app:

  1. Log into the FlyBox app

  2. Tap the Profile icon at the top of your screen

  3. Update your name

  4. Save your changes

If you need to update your email, phone number, address, or any other account information, please contact the FlyBox support team and we’ll be happy to assist.

Tip:

Always double-check your shipping and billing information to help avoid delays or issues with your account.

Can I transfer my account to someone else?

In certain cases, FlyBox may complete a manual account transfer for a customer. Please note the following important requirements and limitations regarding account transfers:

  • At the time of transfer, the customer is responsible for removing all saved payment methods and shipping addresses from the original account.

  • All FlyBoxes associated with the account will remain tied to the original account until the 3-month commitment period for each individual FlyBox has been fully satisfied.

  • Transferring an account does not remove or shorten any existing commitment obligations tied to the FlyBoxes.

  • Any remaining charges, fees, or obligations associated with the FlyBoxes during their active commitment period will remain the responsibility of the original account holder unless otherwise approved by FlyBox.

You will need to contact support to update the email address and phone number associated to the account.

Only the name on the FlyBox account can be updated in the app directly.


How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment information:

  • Log into the FlyBox app

  • Tap the Profile icon

  • Go to Payment Methods

  • Tap 'Add a payment method'

  • Set your new payment as the 'Default'

  • Save your changes


How do I manage my notification settings?

Stay informed by customizing your notifications:

  • Log into the FlyBox app

  • Tap the Profile icon

  • Select Customize Notifications

  • Choose your preferred channels (Push, Email, SMS, In-App)

  • Select the types of notifications you’d like to receive (FedEx deliveries, Chat messages, Product announcements)

Tip:
Enable Push Notifications for immediate updates about your FlyBoxes.
