FlyBoxes are available in one standard size.
External dimensions: 24″ × 20″ × 12″
Internal dimensions: approx. 22″ × 18″ × 10″ (about 18 gallons)
This size balances capacity, portability, and ease of handling.

Shipping your FlyBoxes to storage is always FREE.
You can:
Schedule a FREE pick-up directly in the app, or
Drop off your FlyBoxes at supported drop-off locations within the contiguous U.S.
Weight policy
To ensure safe transit and handling:
Keep each FlyBox under 60 lbs to avoid a $15 overweight fee
FlyBoxes over 90 lbs may be refused for shipment
Pro tip: Distribute heavy items across multiple FlyBoxes to stay within limits.
Retrieval pricing
A retrieval is when you request a stored FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
Standard retrieval pricing

Flat-rate nationwide within the contiguous U.S.
No distance-based or mileage fees
Information for early adopters
If you were one of our early adopters, your account may include a different retrieval rate based on the plan you originally signed up for.
If this applies to your account:
Your original retrieval pricing continues to be honored
No action is required
The FlyBox app will always show the correct retrieval price before you confirm
Optional signature required delivery
For added security, you can require a signature upon delivery.

Ensures someone signs for your FlyBox when it arrives

You can select this option when scheduling your retrieval in the FlyBox app.
2-year price guarantee
Your FlyBox storage rate is locked in for two years from your signup date.

Cancellations
FlyBox offers flexibility. You can cancel one or all FlyBoxes at any time.
Plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly
Billing is prepaid and non-refundable once charged
