How FlyBox billing works
Each FlyBox runs on a 3-month plan commitment, billed monthly, with automatic renewals every 90 days unless canceled at least one day before renewal.
Your initial order date determines your billing cycle. All renewals and add-on FlyBoxes align to that date going forward.
FlyBox pricing (bundle and save)
FlyBox uses a tiered pricing model. The more you store, the more you save.

Key details
Pricing is based on the number of FlyBoxes in each individual order
Bundle pricing is locked in at the time of purchase for that group of FlyBoxes
Discounts are not cumulative across separate orders
If your active FlyBox count drops below a tier, pricing adjusts accordingly
Each FlyBox measures 24″ × 20″ × 12″ and holds up to 60 lbs.
Adding FlyBoxes mid-cycle
You can add FlyBoxes at any time through the FlyBox app or website.
When FlyBoxes are added mid-cycle:
Prorated pricing applies for the remaining days in your current cycle
A one-time prorated charge may appear on your next invoice
On your next billing date, all FlyBoxes bill together on the same schedule
Example
If your billing cycle renews on the 10th and you add a FlyBox on the 25th, you’ll see a prorated charge for the remaining days. On the 10th, all FlyBoxes will be billed together.
Retrieval charges
A retrieval occurs when you request a FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
Standard retrieval pricing
$15 per FlyBox
Flat-rate nationwide within the contiguous United States
No distance-based or hidden delivery fees
Information for early adopters
If you were one of our early adopters, your account may include a different retrieval rate based on the plan you originally signed up for.
If this applies to your account:
Your original retrieval pricing continues to be honored
No action is required
The FlyBox app will always show the correct retrieval price before you confirm
Returns to storage are always FREE.
Optional signature-required delivery is available for $5 per retrieval.
What to expect on your invoice
Your FlyBox invoice may include:
Monthly storage charges for active FlyBoxes
Prorated adjustments if FlyBoxes were added mid-cycle
One-time charges, such as retrievals or optional add-ons
Tiered pricing, based on the FlyBoxes included in each order
All charges are visible in the FlyBox app before processing.
Cancellation policy
FlyBox offers flexibility, with a 3-month minimum commitment for each FlyBox plan.
Once a 3-month billing cycle begins, that period is non-refundable
If you cancel before renewal, your plan will not renew for the next cycle
Storage space and logistics remain reserved through the current period

Promotions and discounts
FlyBox may offer limited-time promotions on storage or retrievals.
Promotions apply only to new orders placed during the offer period
Promotional terms are clearly communicated before they change
