You only pay for the FlyBoxes you store. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
How does billing work?
FlyBox bills monthly, with plans renewing automatically every three months (a 90-day rolling period).
If you add a new FlyBox mid-cycle, it starts its own 3-month plan and may later be prorated to align with your existing billing cycle.
All charges are securely processed using your saved payment method.
What payment methods does FlyBox accept?

You can manage your payment methods directly in the FlyBox app.
Are there any shipping costs?
Most shipping with FlyBox is completely FREE.
Your plan includes:
FREE shipping to you for new orders, including all packing supplies
FREE return shipping back to storage
You only pay an additional fee when you request a FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
What is a retrieval?
A retrieval is when you request one or more of your stored FlyBoxes to be delivered back to you.
Each retrieval is handled as its own shipment and can be scheduled anytime directly in the FlyBox app.
How much does a retrieval cost?
Standard retrieval cost: $15 per FlyBox
Retrieval pricing is flat-rate nationwide within the contiguous U.S.
There is no distance-based pricing
Information for early adopters
If you were one of our early adopters, your account may include a different retrieval rate based on the plan you originally signed up for.
If this applies to your account:
Your original retrieval pricing continues to be honored
No action is required
The FlyBox app will always show the correct retrieval price before you confirm a request
Signature Required delivery (optional)
For extra security, you can require a signature upon delivery.
$5 per retrieval
Ensures someone signs for your FlyBox when it arrives
Ideal for apartments, multi-unit buildings, or valuable contents
You can select this option when scheduling your retrieval in the FlyBox app.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A $25 late fee applies after a 7-day grace period
If payments are missed for three consecutive months, FlyBoxes may be considered abandoned and subject to auction
Keep your payment details up to date in the app to avoid late fees or service interruptions.
Does FlyBox offer an annual payment plan?
FlyBox does not currently offer a standard annual plan.

Are discounts or promotions available?
Yes. FlyBox occasionally offers special promotions and discounted rates.
Some promotions are one-time offers
Others continue as long as you remain eligible
You’ll always be notified before any promotion ends or changes.
Do I get a discount for storing more FlyBoxes?
Yes. The more you store, the more you save.

Will my bundle pricing automatically update if I add more FlyBoxes?
Adding individual FlyBoxes later does not automatically change the pricing of your existing FlyBoxes.
Example 1
If your first order includes 5 FlyBoxes at $18/month per FlyBox, that rate applies to those 5 FlyBoxes for the duration of their plan.
If you later add 2 more FlyBoxes, those FlyBoxes will be billed at $20/month per FlyBox, based on the pricing available at the time of purchase.
Example 2
If you add a new bundle (for example, 6 or more FlyBoxes) in a separate order, those FlyBoxes qualify for the next bundle tier of $16/month per FlyBox.
Your original FlyBoxes keep their original pricing, and the new FlyBoxes receive the updated bundle rate.
