What is a FlyBox retrieval?

A retrieval is when you request one of your stored FlyBoxes to be delivered back to you.

It’s how you get your items returned from FlyBox storage to any physical address you choose within the contiguous United States. Retrievals are requested directly through the FlyBox app.


How do I retrieve my FlyBox?

Retrieving your FlyBox is simple:

  1. Open the FlyBox app

  2. Go to the Stored at FlyBox section

  3. Select the FlyBox you want to retrieve

  4. Choose or add your delivery address

  5. Review the retrieval price shown and confirm your request

Your FlyBox will be shipped to your selected address.


Where can I retrieve my FlyBox?

You can retrieve your FlyBox anywhere within the contiguous United States.

You are not limited to the address where it was originally picked up. During your retrieval request, simply select or enter the address where you want your FlyBox delivered.


How much does it cost to retrieve a FlyBox?

The standard retrieval cost is $15 per FlyBox.

This is the only additional fee associated with your FlyBox plan. Everything else is included.

If you were one of our early adopters, your account may have a different retrieval rate based on the plan you originally signed up for. If this applies to your account, your original retrieval pricing will continue to be honored automatically and will always be shown in the FlyBox app before you confirm a retrieval.


Are there any additional fees with my FlyBox plan?

No.

In addition to your monthly membership fee, FlyBox plans include everything you need to store your items.

Your plan includes:

  • FREE use of FlyBoxes

  • FREE pick up and shipping to storage

  • FREE shipping back to storage after use

  • FREE packing supplies
    Your first order includes bubble wrap, labels, locks, and clippers

  • Secure, climate-controlled storage

You only pay an additional fee when you retrieve a FlyBox.


I was an early adopter. Do I still get my original retrieval price?

Some early adopters may have a different retrieval rate based on the plan they originally signed up for.

If this applies to your account:

  • Your original retrieval pricing is still honored

  • No action is required

  • The FlyBox app will always display the correct retrieval price before checkout.


Why does my retrieval price look different from someone else’s?

Retrieval pricing is based on the plan a member originally signed up for.

FlyBox continues to honor original plan pricing for eligible early adopters. The FlyBox app will always show the correct retrieval price for your account before you confirm a retrieval.


How long does it take to get my FlyBox back?

Once a retrieval is requested in the FlyBox app, FlyBoxes typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

You can retrieve FlyBoxes to any address within the contiguous United States. Real-time tracking and delivery updates are provided in the FlyBox app.

For same-day shipping, retrieval requests must be submitted by 5 PM ET.


Can I retrieve multiple FlyBoxes at once?

Yes.

You can retrieve multiple FlyBoxes in a single request. Each FlyBox is processed individually, and the applicable retrieval price will be shown for each one before you confirm.


Can I choose which FlyBoxes to retrieve?

Yes.

You can search and select FlyBoxes by name, description, or photo in the FlyBox app to retrieve exactly the ones you want.


Are there any optional add-ons?

Yes.

Signature upon delivery is available as an optional add-on for $5 per FlyBox.
