Each FlyBox plan runs on a 3-month commitment, billed monthly, with automatic renewals every 90 days unless canceled before renewal.

Important:

Pricing is based on your active number of FlyBoxes and adjusts if your total changes.
Discounts are not cumulative — each new order is priced separately based on the number of FlyBoxes in that order.
Each FlyBox plan renews automatically every 3 months (billed monthly).
FlyBoxes are available in one standard size.
External dimensions: 24″ × 20″ × 12″.
Internal dimensions: approximately 22″ × 18″ × 10″ (~18 gallons).
This size offers the ideal balance of space, portability, and ease of handling. We’re actively developing additional size options to meet a wider range of storage needs.

Shipping your FlyBoxes to storage is always FREE.

You can:

Schedule a FREE FedEx pickup directly in the app, or
Drop off your FlyBoxes at any of 40,000+ FedEx locations across the contiguous U.S.

To ensure safe transit and handling:

Keep each FlyBox under 60 lbs to avoid a $15 overweight fee (applies both to and from storage).
FlyBoxes over 90 lbs may be refused by FedEx.

Pro Tip: Distribute heavy items across multiple FlyBoxes to stay within the weight limit.

You only pay when a FlyBox is retrieved from storage and shipped back to you.

Each plan includes one discounted retrieval per FlyBox per quarter ($10 each).
Additional retrievals are a flat rate of $30 per FlyBox within the same quarter.
Discounted retrievals are pooled across your account and can be used for any FlyBox.
Unused discounted retrievals roll over automatically and never expire.
Pickups and returns to storage are always FREE.
Optional: Add signature-required delivery for $5 per retrieval.

Your FlyBox storage rate is locked in for two years from your signup date.
No surprise increases — guaranteed.

FlyBox offers true flexibility — cancel one or all FlyBoxes anytime.

Plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, billed monthly.
Billing is prepaid and non-refundable once charged, as your storage space and operational costs are allocated for that period.
You’ll receive a reminder before each renewal.
