FlyBox is a modern, on-demand storage service built for convenience.
We deliver durable, extra-large FlyBoxes to your door with all the packing supplies you need.
Using the FlyBox app, you can manage everything — order FlyBoxes, activate them, schedule FREE FedEx pickups, and request retrievals — all without visiting a storage facility.
How Does FlyBox Work?
Managing your storage with FlyBox is simple, flexible, and entirely app-based:

Pack and secure your items using the provided supplies
Schedule a FREE FedEx pickup or drop off at over 40,000 locations
We store your FlyBoxes in secure, climate-controlled facilities
Retrieve your items anytime, anywhere in the contiguous U.S.

Where Is FlyBox Available?
FlyBox operates across the contiguous United States, offering door-to-door storage and retrieval.
Are FlyBox Services Available Internationally?
Not yet. FlyBox is currently available only within the contiguous U.S., but international expansion is planned for the future.
What Size Are FlyBoxes?
FlyBoxes are available in one standard size.
External dimensions: 24″ × 20″ × 12″.
Internal dimensions: approximately 22″ × 18″ × 10″ (~18 gallons).
This size offers the ideal balance of space, portability, and ease of handling. We’re actively developing additional size options to meet a wider range of storage needs.

How Much Does FlyBox Cost?
FlyBox operates on a 3-month plan commitment, billed monthly, and automatically renews every 90 days unless canceled before renewal.
The more you store, the more you save.
Each FlyBox starts at $20 per month, and bundle pricing applies based on how many FlyBoxes you order in a single purchase:

Important:
Pricing is contingent on keeping the number of FlyBoxes stored. If your active total drops below a tier, your rate per FlyBox adjusts to match your new tier.
Discounts are not cumulative. Each new order is priced separately based on the number of FlyBoxes included in that order.
FlyBoxes added mid-cycle are aligned to your original billing cycle (determined by your first purchase). A prorated charge may be added to your next bill to synchronize all FlyBoxes to the same billing period.
Each FlyBox plan has a 3-month commitment and automatically renews unless canceled before renewal.
What if a new FlyBox or packing supplies are missing or damaged?
If any FlyBox, topper, lock, label, or packing materials arrive missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we’ll ship replacement materials at no cost.

We’ll send replacements promptly so you can continue packing without delays.
What if my items get damaged?
If you believe one or more of your stored items were damaged, please initiate a claim so our team can review and guide you through the process.
What to send:
Photos of the item, the FlyBox exterior (with the QR code/label visible), and how the item was packed
A short description of what occurred
Your order number and FlyBox ID (available in the app)
How to submit:

We’ll review your claim under our Services Agreement and applicable carrier guidelines.

Can I Use My Own Boxes?
No. To ensure safe handling, accurate tracking, and efficient storage, FlyBox only accepts official FlyBoxes — designed specifically for secure transport and reliability.
Where Are My Items Stored?
Your FlyBoxes are stored in secure, climate-controlled FlyVault facilities located in:
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
Walnut, California
Boca Raton, Florida
All locations are monitored 24/7 for maximum security.
Can I Visit a FlyBox Storage Facility?
FlyBox is a fully app-based, door-to-door service.
There’s no need to visit a facility — everything is managed directly through the FlyBox app for maximum convenience.
