How does billing work?
FlyBox bills monthly, with plans renewing automatically every three months (90-day rolling period).
If you add a new FlyBox mid-cycle, it starts its own 3-month plan and may later be prorated to align with your existing billing cycle.
All charges are securely processed through your saved payment method.

Most shipping with FlyBox is completely FREE:

You only pay a retrieval fee when you request a FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
Retrieval fees are flat-rate nationwide — no distance-based pricing within the contiguous U.S.
Your plan includes one $10 discounted retrieval per FlyBox each quarter, and additional retrievals are $30 per box at the standard rate.
Unused retrievals roll over as credits that can be used anytime.
What is a retrieval?
A retrieval is when you request one or more of your stored FlyBoxes to be delivered back to you.
Each retrieval is handled as its own shipment, separate from your storage billing.
Retrievals can be scheduled anytime directly in the FlyBox app.
What are retrieval costs?
FlyBox uses a discounted retrieval system designed to keep things flexible and fair:
You receive one $10 discounted retrieval per FlyBox stored each quarter.
Retrieval credits are pooled — they can be used for any FlyBox in your account.
After using your available credits, additional retrievals are $30 per FlyBox during the same quarter.
Credits never expire and automatically carry over for future use.
The more FlyBoxes you store, the more $10 discounted retrievals you earn — and you can apply them however you choose.
Signature Required Delivery
For extra security, you can choose to require a signature upon delivery.
$5 per retrieval
Ensures someone signs for your FlyBox when it arrives
Ideal for apartments, multi-unit buildings, or valuable contents
You can select this option when scheduling your retrieval in the FlyBox app.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A $25 late fee applies after a 7-day grace period.
If payments are missed for three consecutive months, your FlyBoxes may be considered abandoned and subject to auction.
Keep your payment details updated in the app to avoid late fees or interruptions.
Does FlyBox offer an annual payment plan?
FlyBox does not currently offer a standard annual plan.

Are discounts or promotions available?
Yes — FlyBox occasionally offers special promotions and discounted rates.
Some are one-time offers.
Others continue if you remain eligible.
You’ll always be notified before any promotion ends or changes.
Do I get a discount for storing more FlyBoxes?
Yes — the more you store, the more you save!
1-2 FlyBoxes: $20/mo per FlyBox
3-5 FlyBoxes: $18/mo per FlyBox
6-11 FlyBoxes: $16/mo per FlyBox
12 or more FlyBoxes: $15/mo per FlyBox
Will my FlyBox bundle pricing automatically update when I buy more boxes?
Adding individual FlyBoxes later does not automatically lower your existing rate. However, any new bundle you purchase qualifies for the bundle pricing tier it meets at the time of checkout.
Example 1:
If your first order includes 5 FlyBoxes at $18/month per FlyBox, that $18 rate applies to those 5 FlyBoxes for the duration of your plan.
If you later add 2 more FlyBoxes, they will be billed at $20/mo per FlyBox — not under your previous tier.
Example 2:
If you add a new bundle (for example, 6 or more FlyBoxes) in a separate order, those FlyBoxes qualify for the next bundle tier — $16/month per FlyBox.
This means your new FlyBoxes will receive the updated bundle rate, but your original boxes will remain at their original bundle pricing.
