FlyBox doesn’t replace a moving company. We do not provide:
Same-day delivery
In-home packing or unpacking
Moving crews
Important:
Before your FlyBoxes can be shipped to a new address, they must first return to our secure storage facility.
Once your FlyBoxes are in storage, you can schedule a retrieval to your new address anytime through the app.
FlyBox does not transport items directly between addresses.

Pricing follows a tiered bundle model — the more you store, the more you save.
Each plan runs on a 3-month commitment, billed monthly, and renews automatically every 90 days unless canceled before renewal.

2. Pack at Your Pace
Pack your items securely using the provided packing materials included with your plan.
Each FlyBox includes a cover with a pre-attached FedEx label, locks, and bubble wrap.
3. Schedule a Free Pickup
Use the app to schedule a FREE FedEx pickup, or drop off at any of 40,000+ FedEx locations across the contiguous U.S.
We’ll collect your FlyBoxes and transport them to our climate-controlled, 24/7-monitored storage facility.
4. Store as Long as You Need
Your storage renews automatically every 3 months under your 3-month plan, billed monthly.
You can retrieve any FlyBox anytime — all management happens directly in the app.
5. Deliver to Your New Address
When ready, request a retrieval in the FlyBox app.
Your FlyBoxes ship from storage directly to your new address anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
Delivery is flat-rate nationwide — there’s no distance-based pricing.
Retrieval Basics
Discounted Retrievals: 1 per FlyBox per quarter at $10 each
Additional Retrievals: $30 per FlyBox in the same quarter
Credits: Discounted retrievals are pooled across your account and can be used for any FlyBox
Rollover: Unused discounted retrievals roll over automatically and never expire
