What is FlyBox’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel any time before your next monthly bill.
Cancellation stops future charges; fees already billed are non-refundable.
How to cancel (in the app):
Open FlyBox
Go to Profile → Membership → Manage Membership
Select Cancel Entire Membership and follow the prompts
Before you cancel, make sure:
Your account is in good standing (no past-due balance)
All FlyBoxes are either retrieved or their status is resolved in the app

Can I pause my membership?
Pausing isn’t available.
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically every three months. You can cancel before your next monthly bill to prevent additional charges.
Tip: Retrieve any FlyBoxes you need and complete cancellation in the app before your next billing date.
What happens if I don’t pay or don’t update my payment method?
If a payment fails:
A $25 late fee per FlyBox applies after a 7-day grace period
We’ll notify you to update your payment method (credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal)
Continued non-payment may lead to account restrictions. Under our Service Agreement, unpaid balances may result in a lien and, after required notices, your stored items could be sold to recover outstanding amounts.
We make multiple contact attempts before any enforcement action.
Does FlyBox conduct background checks on employees?
Yes.
All FlyBox employees involved in storage operations undergo background checks.
Additionally:
Facility access is restricted to authorized personnel
All facilities are monitored with 24/7 video surveillance
What happens to my items if FlyBox goes out of business?
FlyBox has contingency plans in place to protect your items. In the unlikely event of closure, you’ll receive advance notice with clear instructions on how to retrieve or transfer your belongings safely.
Why monthly billing with three-month renewals, and why no refunds?
FlyBox operates on a monthly billing schedule with automatic three-month renewals.
Each FlyBox is billed at $20 per month, with renewals every 90 days unless canceled at least one day prior to renewal. The first renewal occurs 95 days after purchase and includes a 5-day grace period.

Shipment of FlyBoxes to your door
FREE FedEx pickups and shipping back to storage.
FREE use of FlyBoxes and included packing materials (locks, zip ties, etc.)
Secure, climate-controlled storage monitored 24/7
One $10 discounted retrieval per FlyBox per quarter.
Why no refunds:
Once a FlyBox plan has been purchased, operational costs and space are committed for that period. For this reason, purchased plans are non-refundable, even if you retrieve a FlyBox early.
You can, however, continue to use your FlyBox through the end of your plan and cancel before your next cycle.
How much does a retrieval cost?
Included discounted retrieval: One $10 discounted retrieval per FlyBox per quarter
Pooled retrieval credits: Credits are pooled across your account and can be used for any FlyBox you choose. Unused credits roll over.
Additional retrievals: Standard retrievals at $30 per FlyBox after your credits are used.
