How do I order my first FlyBox?
Ordering a FlyBox is quick and easy—available through the FlyBox app or directly on our website.
To order in the app:
Open the FlyBox app on your device.
Tap Learn More from the Home View.
Tap Get Started.
Select the number of FlyBoxes you want.
Confirm your delivery address and payment method.
Tap Pay to complete your order.
If you prefer, you can also place your order online at flybox.com by selecting your plan and checkout options there.
Your FlyBoxes will be shipped to your address—ready for you to pack, activate, and start storing.
How much does a FlyBox cost?
Each FlyBox costs $20 per month, 3-month plan billed monthly with automatic renewals.
There are no hidden fees, and pricing remains simple and predictable.
Can I add more FlyBoxes later?
Absolutely! You can order additional FlyBoxes anytime in the app or on the website:
Tap + Order More FlyBoxes on the Home View (in the app), or
Visit flybox.com and select the option to add more FlyBoxes.
New FlyBoxes will start their own monthly billing cycle and automatically align with your existing ones after the first cycle.
Can I keep my FlyBoxes?
FlyBoxes aren’t automatically yours to keep. If you’d like to keep them after ending your storage service, just confirm during the cancellation process. A $10 per FlyBox fee applies. If you don’t confirm, the FlyBoxes must be returned to FlyBox.
