How FlyBox Billing Works
Monthly Billing with 3-Month Renewals
FlyBox bills monthly, renewing automatically every three months (a 90-day rolling period).
FlyBox Plan: $20 per FlyBox per month.
Automatic Renewals: Your 3-month plan renews automatically every 90 days unless canceled at least one day before the renewal date.
Your First Renewal: Occurs 95 days from your order date, including a 5-day grace period.
All subsequent renewals occur every 90 days unless canceled at least one day before your next cycle.
Adding FlyBoxes Mid-Cycle
When you add a new FlyBox, it begins its own 3-month plan.
You’ll be billed $20 per month per FlyBox.
Your initial order sets your billing cycle date. A prorated adjustment may appear on your next invoice to align all FlyBoxes to the same billing schedule.

Understanding Retrieval Charges
A retrieval occurs when you request a stored FlyBox to be delivered back to you.
Each retrieval is billed separately and processed as its own shipment.

Retrieval Credit System
You receive one $10 discounted retrieval per FlyBox each quarter.
Credits are pooled and can be used for any FlyBox on your account.
Example: If you store 7 FlyBoxes, you’ll have 7 discounted retrievals per quarter to use as you choose.
Once all credits are used, additional retrievals that quarter are billed at $30 per box.
Unused credits roll over automatically and never expire.
💡 Example: If you retrieve the same FlyBox twice in one quarter and still have credits available, both retrievals qualify for the discounted rate.
Adding FlyBoxes Between Billing Cycles
Adding a FlyBox mid-cycle begins a new 3-month period.
Your next invoice may include prorated adjustments to align all FlyBoxes under one unified billing schedule.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your FlyBox service anytime.
However, once a 3-month plan begins, the entire 3-month billing period is non-refundable, even if canceled before the cycle ends.
