How to Fix the “Unauthenticated User” Error

If you’re getting an “unauthenticated user” error in the FlyBox app, it usually means your login session expired, there’s a new version of the app, or you hit a small glitch. Here’s how to resolve it quickly:

Step 1: Sign Out of Your Account

  • Tap your account icon in the bottom right corner.

  • Scroll down and tap Log Out.

Step 2: Sign Back In

  • Open the app again and log in with your usual credentials.

This typically clears the error and restores your access.

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.

  • Restart your device.
