If you’re getting an “unauthenticated user” error in the FlyBox app, it usually means your login session expired, there’s a new version of the app, or you hit a small glitch. Here’s how to resolve it quickly:
Step 1: Sign Out of Your Account
Tap your account icon in the bottom right corner.
Scroll down and tap Log Out.
Step 2: Sign Back In
Open the app again and log in with your usual credentials.
This typically clears the error and restores your access.
