Keeping your details up-to-date is easy:
Log into the FlyBox app
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of your screen
Tap the Profile button at the top to edit your personal information
Update your name, email, phone number, or address
Save your changes to apply the updates

Always double-check your shipping and billing addresses for accuracy before saving.
How do I update my payment method?
To update your payment information:
Log into the FlyBox app
Tap the Profile icon
Go to Payment Methods
Tap 'Add a payment method'
Confirm your preferred Credit Card
Save your changes
How do I add or remove a payment method?
To add a new payment method:
Open the FlyBox app
Tap Profile > Payment Methods
Tap Add New Payment Method
Enter your payment details and save
Note: At least one active payment method must remain on your account to continue using FlyBox services.
How do I manage my notification settings?
Stay informed by customizing your notifications:
Log into the FlyBox app
Tap the Profile icon
Select Customize Notifications
Choose your preferred channels (Push, Email, SMS, In-App)
Select the types of notifications you’d like to receive (FedEx deliveries, Chat messages, Product announcements)
