What is FlyBox’s cancellation policy?
You can cancel your FlyBox membership at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
To cancel:
Open the FlyBox app
Go to Profile > Membership > Manage Membership
Select Cancel Entire Membership and follow the prompts
Important:
Your account must be in good standing to cancel
You must retrieve or resolve the status of all stored FlyBoxes before cancellation
Prepaid storage fees are non-refundable

Can I pause my membership?
FlyBox memberships cannot be paused or suspended. Once your 3-month billing cycle begins, it will continue through the full term, and storage space remains reserved for your items regardless of usage.
You can cancel your membership before your next billing cycle begins. To avoid future charges, be sure to retrieve your items and complete cancellation steps in the app.
What happens if I don’t pay or update my account?
If payments are missed:
A $25 late fee will be applied after a 7-day grace period
If payments are missed for three consecutive months (90 days), your FlyBoxes may be considered abandoned and could be subject to auction
FlyBox will attempt to contact you multiple times before any action is taken.
Does FlyBox conduct background checks on employees?
Yes!
FlyBox conducts thorough background checks on all employees involved in storage operations.
Additionally:
Access to FlyBox Secure Storage Facilities is restricted to authorized personnel only
All facilities are monitored with 24/7 surveillance
What happens to my items if FlyBox ever goes out of business?
FlyBox has secure plans in place to protect your items even in the unlikely event of closure.
If that were to happen, you would receive advance notice along with clear instructions on how to retrieve or transfer your belongings safely.

FlyBox operates on a simple, prepaid 3-month billing cycle for each FlyBox. This structure helps keep things predictable and efficient for both you and our team. Here’s how it works—and why:

Reserved space: Once your FlyBox is activated, we reserve storage space and schedule logistics on your behalf—even if you decide to retrieve it early.
No refunds: Because operational costs and space are committed upfront, we don’t offer refunds for early returns. However, you can continue using your FlyBox any time during the 3-month period.
