How do I update my personal information?

Keeping your details up-to-date is easy:

  • Log into the FlyBox app

  • Tap the Profile icon at the bottom of your screen

  • Tap the Profile button at the top to edit your personal information

  • Update your name, email, phone number, or address

  • Save your changes to apply the updates

Tip:
Always double-check your shipping and billing addresses for accuracy before saving.


How do I update my payment method?

To update your payment information:

  • Log into the FlyBox app

  • Tap the Profile icon

  • Go to Payment Methods

  • Tap the card you want to update

  • Edit the necessary fields (expiration date, billing address, card number)

  • Save your changes


How do I add or remove a payment method?

To add a new payment method:

  • Open the FlyBox app

  • Tap Profile > Payment Methods

  • Tap Add New Payment Method

  • Enter your payment details and save

To remove a payment method:

  • Go to Payment Methods

  • Select the payment method you wish to remove

  • Tap Delete and confirm

Note: At least one active payment method must remain on your account to continue using FlyBox services.


How do I manage my notification settings?

Stay informed by customizing your notifications:

  • Log into the FlyBox app

  • Tap the Profile icon

  • Select Customize Notifications

  • Choose your preferred channels (Push, Email, SMS, In-App)

  • Select the types of notifications you’d like to receive (FedEx deliveries, Chat messages, Product announcements)

Tip:
Enable Push Notifications for immediate updates about your FlyBoxes.
