At FlyBox, we want to make sure you know exactly when to expect your FlyBox or order. Here's everything you need to know about transit times, delivery estimates, and how to track your order.
Transit Time Overview
FlyBoxes are shipped via FedEx Ground, and delivery times typically range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. While we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, please be aware that transit times can vary based on several factors, such as:
Distance: The closer you are to our facility, the faster the delivery.
FedEx Transit Schedule: FedEx transit schedules are generally consistent, but slight delays can still occur during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Weather Delays: Unexpected weather events can sometimes cause delays. Rest assured, we work closely with FedEx to ensure your FlyBox arrives as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Delivery
You can easily monitor the estimated delivery date and status of your FlyBox directly through:
Check the Quick View on the Home Page of the App: On the Home page of the FlyBox app, you can quickly view the most current status and estimated delivery time, updated dynamically as your FlyBox is processed and shipped.
Track on FedEx: Use the clickable tracking number found by opening the FlyBox in the app you are trying to track. This will take you to the FedEx tracking page, where you can follow your shipment’s progress and get the latest updates on delivery.
What to Do if Your Delivery Is Delayed
If your FlyBox is taking longer than expected:
Escalate to Support: If your delivery is taking way longer than expected, please reach out to our support team. They will work with FedEx to get an additional update and provide you with further assistance.
