What Are FlyBox’s Pricing Options?

FlyBox offers flexible storage packages designed to meet various storage needs with transparent and predictable pricing. All charges are billed upfront on a quarterly basis, ensuring no hidden fees. Here’s an example of the available packages:

Membership Starter Kit – $39/month

  • Ideal for small to moderate storage needs.

  • Includes 3 FlyBoxes with monthly storage.

  • Add extra FlyBoxes for $10/month each.

  • FREE FedEx pickups from anywhere in the contiguous U.S.

  • Quarterly Prepayment: $117 (charged upfront for 3 months of service)

Additional Storage Options:

  • 3 FlyBox Pack – $30/month (Quarterly charge: $90)

  • 6 FlyBox Pack – $60/month (Quarterly charge: $180)

  • 12 FlyBox Pack – $120/month (Quarterly charge: $360)

  • Mega-Bundle – $479/month (Quarterly charge: $1,437) – Ideal for storing an entire household with 48 FlyBoxes.

All charges are billed upfront on a quarterly basis. Additional FlyBoxes or services will be added to your next billing cycle and charged accordingly.


What Is FlyBox’s Cancellation Policy?

FlyBox offers flexibility in managing your account with a straightforward cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation Notice:
    Cancellation requests must be made prior to your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • How to Cancel:
    To cancel your membership, simply email support@flybox.com with your cancellation request.

  • Refund Policy:
    FlyBox does not offer mid-cycle cancellations or pro-rated refunds. Any remaining prepaid storage fees are non-refundable.

  • Retrieving Your FlyBoxes:
    Before canceling, make sure to retrieve all your stored FlyBoxes. Once the cancellation is processed, we will no longer handle pickups or returns unless the service is reactivated.
