Learn how to easily schedule a pick-up or drop-off for your FlyBox using the FlyBox app, including steps for shipping one or multiple boxes, selecting pick-up or drop-off locations, and confirming your details.

How to Schedule Your Pickup

Follow these steps to schedule your FlyBox pickup using the FlyBox app:

1. Select Your Box

On the Ship screen tab of the FlyBox app, select the FlyBox(es) you want to send or return.

  • You can select one FlyBox or select all the available boxes you want to ship at the same time.

Ship Back One FlyBox

1. Select Your Box

Select the FlyBox you want to schedule for return and tap “Schedule Shipping”.

2. Review the Serial

Ensure that the serial number displayed matches the FlyBox you want to ship. Tap “Schedule Shipping” to proceed.

3. Select Pick-up or Drop-off

You have two options for sending your FlyBox back:

  • If You Want Pick-up:

    1. Secure the pick-up location address where you want your FlyBox to be picked up (you can enter a new address if needed). Tap Next.

    2. Select the day and pick-up window that works best for you. Tap Next.

  • If You Want Drop-off:

    1. Type the name of the location closest to you or scroll down the list of nearby locations to select one.

    2. Tap Next.

    3. Confirm your drop-off location by tapping Confirm Drop-off.

Ship All or More Than One FlyBox

1. Select All FlyBoxes

Tap the “Select All” option to choose all available FlyBoxes to ship. All selected FlyBoxes will have a checkmark.

2. Deselect if Needed

If you don’t want to ship all boxes, deselect the boxes you don't wish to ship, then tap “Continue”.

3. Select Pick-up or Drop-off

Choose whether you want a pick-up or drop-off for all selected FlyBoxes:

  • If You Want Pick-up:

    1. Select the pick-up location address where the FlyBoxes will be picked up or enter a new address. Tap Next.

    2. Review your pickup details, including the address, time, and any additional instructions to ensure accuracy. Tap Next.

    3. Choose the day and pick-up window for your FlyBoxes. Tap Next.

  • If You Want Drop-off:

    1. Type the name of the location closest to you or scroll through the list of nearby locations to choose the most convenient option.

    2. Tap Next.

    3. Confirm your drop-off location by tapping Confirm Drop-off.

Important Note:

Shipping your FlyBox to FlyBox is always free, whether you're sending one or multiple boxes back.
