Managing Your FlyBox Account

Keep your FlyBox experience seamless by updating your account information, notifications, and payment settings.

1. Updating Your Personal Information

Keeping your personal information accurate helps avoid delivery issues and ensures you stay connected.

To update your details:

  • Log In: Open the FlyBox app or website and sign in to your account.

  • Go to Account Settings: Navigate to the Account view.

  • Edit Personal Details:

    • Tap the gray Profile button at the top of the screen.

    • Update your name, phone number, or email as needed.

  • Save Changes: Make sure to save before exiting.

Tip: Double-check your shipping and billing addresses for accuracy before saving.


2. Customizing Notification Settings

Stay updated on your FlyBox activities by personalizing your notifications.

To customize notification preferences:

  • Access Notification Settings: In your account view, tap Customize Notifications.

  • Choose Notification Types:

    • FedEx Deliveries

    • Chat Messages

    • Product Announcements

  • Select Notification Channels:

    • Push Notifications

    • Email

    • SMS

    • In-App Messages

  • Save Your Preferences to apply changes.

Tip: Enable push notifications for the fastest updates.


3. Updating Payment Information

Ensure smooth billing by keeping your payment methods up to date.

To update your payment information:

  • Go to Payment Methods: From the account view, select Payment Method.

  • Add or Edit Cards:

    • Tap + Add Payment Method to add a new card.

    • Or update details for an existing card.

  • Save Changes to secure your updated information.
