1. Updating Your Personal Information

Keeping your personal information accurate helps prevent delivery mishaps and ensures you receive the best service. Here’s how to update your details:

  1. Log In: Open the FlyBox app or website and log into your account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings: Tap or click on your profile icon and select “Account Settings.”

  3. Edit Personal Details:

    • Update your name, address, or any other personal information.

    • Save changes to ensure updates are applied.

Tip: Double-check your shipping and billing addresses for accuracy before saving.


2. Managing Contact Preferences

FlyBox lets you customize how and when we communicate with you. Here’s how to set your preferences:

  1. Go to Contact Preferences: Within Account Settings, select the “Contact Preferences” tab.

  2. Choose Your Preferred Method:

    • Email

    • SMS

    • Push notifications through the FlyBox app

  3. Set Your Preferences: Specify the type of updates you want to receive, such as promotional offers, shipping alerts, or account updates.

Note: You can opt out of promotional emails or messages at any time while still receiving essential updates about your shipments.


3. Customizing Notification Settings

Stay informed about your shipments by adjusting your notification settings:

  1. Access Notification Settings: Navigate to the “Notifications” section in your account settings.

  2. Enable or Disable Notifications:

    • Real-time tracking updates

    • Delivery reminders

    • Changes to delivery schedules

  3. Adjust Timing: Set notification preferences to receive updates at times that are convenient for you.

Tip: Enable push notifications for immediate updates on urgent deliveries.


4. Updating Payment Information

Keep your payment methods current to ensure smooth transactions for shipping and expedited services.

  1. Go to Payment Settings: In the account menu, select “Payment Information.”

  2. Add or Update Cards: Add a new payment method or update details for an existing one.

  3. Save Changes: Ensure your payment information is secure and up-to-date.
